Service Description

When we talk about the most important skills an athlete can possess to play at the highest level, speed is at the top of the priority list. In today's game, athletes get heavily assessed on their speed, so being able to develop this skill is critical. Being able to develop true speed should be in every athletes training program, but there are many aspects to be addressed so you won't be limited to what you can achieve. When it comes to getting faster: every step, every angle, and every second matters. Many athletes limit themselves on their speed due to their mechanics and improper force production, but we address these issues in the Complete Athlete Speed Program. We help teach you all the important qualities to build elite speed and help you eliminate the "guessing" in designing an effective speed program. Over the years, “agility” has been mistaken for running through ladder and hurdle drills which have no true emphasis on developing a skill. True “agility” consists of developing change of direction qualities while implementing a reactionary component. Whether you're a basketball player, football player, or any other field/court athlete, a decision must be made before changing directions. The faster we can react, make a decision, and change directions, the more effective we’ll be whether if we’re an offensive or defensive player. We will help you develop the same movement skills high level athletes have, so you can perform at your best on the field, court, etc.
