When it comes to baseball strength and conditioning we take an individualized approach based on your position, goals, and needs. Whether if you're looking to increase throwing velocity, increase hitting power, or be faster on the bases, we are here to design a program just for you. Many times we've been told Strength Training can injure a baseball player, but with a training program focusing on strength and power qualities which can transfer to sport, it will he highly beneficial. We want to make sure our baseball players are resilient and more than capable to handle the long demands of a regular season. Being sure our athletes stay healthy throughout the season is important to us, so implementing arm care and other injury reduction routines are also a priority for our program.
