Service Description
Strength training can be the easiest mistaken piece of an athletes training program. We do not train our athletes like bodybuilders, powerlifters, or even someone partaking in crossfit. Our philosophy behind Complete Athlete is to develop the same movement patterns you will encounter on the field, so you can perform at the highest of levels and dominate the game. Yes, we do cover absolute strength and hypertrophy (building muscle) in our training program, but if we were to completely center our training around those qualities, we can end up being slow and stiff. We introduce you to more strength and power methods which will have better transfer to your sport. At Complete Athlete, we want to work on strength qualities that matter.
